AlterG’s patented NASA Differential Air Pressure (DAP) technology utilises a special air chamber and an advanced calibration system to uniformly reduce gravitational load for unweighting from 100% to as low as 20% of body weight in precise 1% increments – without impeding natural gait mechanics. No other unweighting method delivers such precision and unparalleled control.

Available as an optional add on module for the AlterG NEO+, the Stride Smart walking gait analytics package measures gravitational load and provides simplified visual feedback and downloadable reports on weight bearing symmetry, step length symmetry, stance time, cadence. and pain levels, making it easy for you and your patients to work on improvements in real time. With the new, intuitive, touchscreen you will easily identify and control the direct effects of unweighting on gait and pain levels, engaging patients in therapy and establishing the optimal rehab plan based on their specific needs.
